Games
Play is what makes us human. Not as much as the blushing response or religion. It’s up there, though.
FEATURED
I was a writer for an unannounced Netflix game project. More to come soon!
I was the Narrative Designer for the comedy physics sandbox game Pigeon Simulator starring the beloved urban sky rat.
Writing and narrative design for MoonMonster’s VR comedy sim, Space Control, where you play as a border officer on a space station orbiting Earth. Planned release: TBA
I was part of a remote writers room building out the world of Lord of the Rings: Return to Moria, a Dwarf-led survival crafting game set in the Fourth Age of Middle-earth.
(ongoing) I work with the team at Second Dinner on MARVEL SNAP, the fastest — and most stylish, I might add — card battler in the Multiverse.
I wrote a parody software manual for FLOAT LAND’s nostalgic 90s experience, Screensavers VR. Though the manual says nothing about how to actually play the game, it does have a Health & Safety section that says nothing about health and safety.
Called by one reviewer “QWOP for guns,” Receiver 2 is a story-driven VR first person shooter that builds on the original’s core mechanic: that the player must execute every step of loading, firing, and reloading their weapon mid-combat. I was brought in to add some levity to the gun descriptions while maintaining technical and historical accuracy.
